Common questions

Do I need an account?

No. IronPack works fully offline with no account. A free account adds automatic backup of your entire history and unlocks friends, leaderboards and leagues.

Can I buy packs or cards?

No, and you never will. Packs and cards are earned by training only. Pack odds are shown inside the app under "How packs work".

What is IronPack Pro, and how do I manage it?

Pro is an optional subscription (monthly or yearly, with a free trial) or a one-time lifetime purchase that unlocks extra depth - every trend chart, unlimited routines and more. The full training game, packs, cards, friends and leaderboards all stay free. Live prices are shown on the paywall in the app.

How do I move my data from another app?

Settings → Import CSV. Exports from Hevy, Strong and most generic formats are recognised automatically. Imported history counts for your records and charts, but never earns points or packs.

How do I back up or export my data?

Sign in and everything backs up automatically. You can also export your complete data as JSON or CSV any time from Settings.

How do I delete my data or account?

A lift is missing / something looks wrong

Email us with the exercise name or a screenshot and we'll sort it. Custom exercises can also be added in-app from the exercise picker.

Block or report a player

In the Friends tab, tap 🚫 to block or 🚩 to report any friend or incoming friend request. Blocking hides you from each other everywhere; reporting flags them to us and we act within 24 hours. You can also email us the username. Discovery is opt-in, and only mutually accepted friends ever see your activity.
