IRONPACK

Terms of Use

Effective date: 7 July 2026 · Contact: support@ironpack.io

1. The service

IronPack is a workout tracker with a card-collecting game layered on top. By using the app you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

3. Fair play

The leaderboards and leagues only work if lifts are honest. We may remove leaderboard entries or restrict accounts that post physically implausible lifts or abuse the social features. Machine-based lifts are excluded from competitive boards by design.

4. Cards, packs and points

Pack points, packs, cards, foils and dust are game content with no monetary value. They cannot be bought, sold, traded outside the app, or redeemed for anything. Every card is earnable through training. We may rebalance earn rates or add or retire collections as the game evolves; your collected cards remain in your collection.

5. Health disclaimer

IronPack logs and gamifies your training; it does not provide medical advice. Consult a health professional before starting a training program, and train within your limits. You are responsible for your own safety in the gym.

6. Your data

Your privacy rights and our data practices are described in the Privacy Policy. Summary: your data is yours, you can export it, erase it, or delete your account entirely, in-app.

7. IronPack Pro (auto-renewing subscription)

This section applies once IronPack Pro launches.

8. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to break, reverse-engineer for exploitation, spam, or abuse the service or other users. We may suspend accounts that do.

9. Changes and termination

We may update the app and these terms as the service evolves; material changes will be noted in release notes. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

10. Liability

The app is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law (including the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act where it applies), we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be excluded.
