IRONPACK

A Boostcamp alternative for lifters who want the work to pay off

Boostcamp's draw is its free library of proven programs, from full-body splits to named coach templates, and if picking and following a structured program is what you need, it is excellent. IronPack answers a different question: you have a program, but the logging feels like a chore, and you want a reason beyond discipline to keep it up. That is the job IronPack was built for.

Who Boostcamp suits better

Lifters who want to browse and run a proven program without building it themselves, and who value a deep free library of coach-designed templates. Android users, since IronPack is iPhone-only today. Anyone whose main need is program selection rather than motivation.

Who IronPack suits better

Lifters who already have a program, whether from Boostcamp, a coach or their own head, and just cannot make the logging stick. Every session pays XP and pack points, records become card pulls, and a weekly league of about 20 lifters keeps the week honest, scored fairly with DOTS so different-sized friends compete on even terms. The logging is serious too: supersets, rest timer, warm-up ramps, plate maths and records at every rep count. The game is free and nothing in it is for sale.

Bringing your history

IronPack imports Hevy and Strong CSV exports automatically, and reads a simple generic CSV with the columns date, exercise, weight_kg and reps, so a log from another app can be mapped in. Records and charts rebuild from the full history, and imports earn no XP, points or packs. The walkthrough is at import your workout history.

Run your program. Let it pay you back.
