IRONPACK

A workout tracker built for training with your mates

Solo tracking works until motivation dips. A rival who just took your bench record works forever. IronPack's social layer is built around the people you actually lift with, and all of it is free.

Per-lift leaderboards

Every competitive exercise has a board against your friends: estimated 1RM, heaviest single set, or biggest volume set. Standardised barbell, dumbbell and bodyweight lifts compete; machine and cable lifts stay personal, because a Smith machine bench is not a bench.

Fair at any bodyweight

Raw kilograms favour the biggest lifter, so every board flips to pound-for-pound mode: DOTS scoring, the coefficient modern powerlifting uses. The 70 kg lifter and the 100 kg lifter finally share one honest scale. Privacy is engineered in: the score is computed on your device and only the score is published, never your bodyweight or sex.

Record raids

The moment a mate beats your PB, you know about it, and the board shows exactly what it takes to take it back. A notification that someone benched more than you is worth ten motivational quotes.

Weekly leagues

Your training XP races a cohort of about 20 lifters every week. Top places promote through six tiers, bottom places demote, and Monday resets the race. Consistency, not one heroic Saturday, wins leagues.

Friends Packs

Add a training partner and you both bank a Friends Pack: 5 cards at double foil odds, up to 10 friends. Adding is by QR code or invite link, made for handing your phone across the gym floor. Discovery is opt-in, so nobody finds you unless you want to be found; the details are on the data page.

Common questions

Is the social layer paid?

No. Friends, boards, leagues and invites are free forever, and that is a published rule, not a launch promo. Money never buys leaderboard position either; see every card is earned.

How is it fair between a 70 kg and a 100 kg lifter?

Pound-for-pound mode scores with DOTS. Try the maths yourself on the DOTS calculator.

Do both friends get the Friends Pack?

Yes, both sides, on acceptance. 5 cards, double foil odds, up to 10 friends.

Can strangers find me?

Only if you switch discovery on. Default is QR and invite links only.
