How do friends compete in IronPack?

Per-exercise leaderboards (estimated 1RM, heaviest set or biggest volume set), record-raid alerts when a friend beats your PB, and a weekly XP league of about 20 lifters with promotion and demotion. All social features are free.

How is competing fair between different bodyweights?

Boards have a pound-for-pound mode using DOTS, the coefficient modern powerlifting uses. The score is computed on-device and only the score is shared, never bodyweight or sex.

Do both friends get a reward for connecting?

Yes. Each accepted friendship banks a Friends Pack for both people: 5 cards at double foil odds, for up to 10 friends.

Can strangers find my profile?

Not unless you opt in. Discovery is off by default; friends are added by QR code or invite link. Search visibility is a setting you control.

Record raids

The moment a mate beats your PB, you know about it, and the board shows exactly what it takes to take it back. A notification that someone benched more than you is worth ten motivational quotes.

Weekly leagues

Your training XP races a cohort of about 20 lifters every week. Top places promote through six tiers, bottom places demote, and Monday resets the race. Consistency, not one heroic Saturday, wins leagues.

Friends Packs

Add a training partner and you both bank a Friends Pack: 5 cards at double foil odds, up to 10 friends. Adding is by QR code or invite link, made for handing your phone across the gym floor. Discovery is opt-in, so nobody finds you unless you want to be found; the details are on the data page.

Is the social layer paid?

No. Friends, boards, leagues and invites are free forever, and that is a published rule, not a launch promo. Money never buys leaderboard position either; see every card is earned.

How is it fair between a 70 kg and a 100 kg lifter?
