The workout game where the gym is the controller
IronPack's game has one input device: your training. Here is the whole loop, from a logged set to a finished binder, with nothing hidden.
1. Train
Log a real session: exercises, sets, reps, weight. IronPack behaves like a serious tracker while you lift - rest timer, supersets, plate maths, warm-up ramps, records checked automatically at every rep count. There is no game UI between your sets. If you want the full tracker rundown, it is on the gamified workout app page.
2. Earn
Finishing settles the session: XP toward your level, forge points for the workout and any records, a bonus card for 30+ minutes, quest and cadence progress. The exact numbers are published on the rewards page. There is no second currency, no gems, and no shop selling any of it.
3. Open
100 points buys a 5-card pack. Opening is a proper ceremony: swipe to tear the foil, haptics rumble, cards flip one at a time. Odds are shown in-app: foils at holo 5%, gold 2.2%, prismatic 0.8%. Nothing is guaranteed at any rarity, with no pity timers and no ramping odds - about 1 pack in 11 is all commons. It feels like the hobby shop, minus the wallet.
4. Collect
Cards live in numbered binders: strongman pioneers, apex predators, and more collections on the way. Unowned slots stay as numbered mysteries, so every binder page is a checklist. Duplicates melt to dust; past halfway on a set, the Forge crafts specific missing cards at grail prices (500 to 5,000 points by rarity). Achievement emblems, like your first pull-up or the 100th workout, exist in no pack at all: they can only be done. Completion is always reachable and never purchasable, per the earned rule.
5. Compete
Friends turn the loop into a rivalry: per-lift leaderboards, pound-for-pound DOTS scoring so different bodyweights compete fairly, record-raid alerts when a mate takes your bench PB, and a weekly XP league with promotion and demotion. The full social layer is on the training-with-friends page.
Then it loops
The next session earns the next pack, the next record raids a friend's board, the binder fills one honest slot at a time. That is the entire design: real training in, real progress out, and a grin in the middle.
Common questions
Game or tracker?
Both, in strict order: tracker first, game on top, and the game only accepts training as input.
What are the odds?
Disclosed in-app: foils at holo 5%, gold 2.2%, prismatic 0.8%. Nothing is guaranteed at any rarity, with no pity timers and no ramping odds. Every legendary is the same honest longshot, exactly like ripping real foil.
Can bad luck block completion?
No. Dust plus the Forge means any specific card is craftable once a set is past halfway. Expensive on purpose, reachable always.
