Band Lateral Raise

How to do it
- Stand on the middle of a band with your feet about hip-width apart.
- Take a handle in each hand with your arms down at your sides.
- Lead with the elbows and raise the arms out to the sides.
- Stop at shoulder height - no higher.
- Lower slowly against the band's pull.
