Band Lat Pulldown
Muscles worked: Back (assisted by biceps).
How to do it
- Anchor a band high overhead, above head height.
- Kneel underneath it and take a handle or an end in each hand.
- Kneeling keeps tension through the top of the movement.
- Pull the band down to your chest, driving the elbows toward your hips.
- Return slowly to a full overhead stretch.
