Band Triceps Pushdown

How to do it
- Anchor a band high, above head height.
- Take the band in both hands with your elbows bent and glued to your sides.
- Stand tall and step back for tension.
- Drive the hands down to a full lockout.
- Return under control without letting the elbows drift forward.
