Bayesian Cable Curl
Muscles worked: Biceps (assisted by forearms).
How to do it
- Set a cable at about waist height and face away from the machine.
- Take the handle in one hand and step forward so the cable runs behind you.
- Let the arm stretch back behind your torso - that stretched position is the whole point.
- Curl to your shoulder with the upper arm staying behind you.
- Lower slowly all the way back into the stretch.
