Belt Squat
Muscles worked: Quads (assisted by glutes).
How to do it
- Fasten the belt around your hips and stand on the platform.
- Take the handles or the frame for balance, chest tall.
- The load hangs from your hips, so your spine stays unloaded.
- Squat deep, letting the knees travel forward freely.
- Drive up through mid-foot to a tall finish.
