How to do it

  1. Hold a dumbbell in each hand with your arms hanging at your sides.
  2. Stand with the balls of your feet on a step, heels hanging off the edge.
  3. Let the heels drop below the step for a full stretch.
  4. Rise onto the toes, driving through the big toe, and hold the top.
  5. Lower under control. Log the total weight of both bells.
