How to do it
- Start on all fours with your hands under your shoulders.
- Keep your back flat and your midsection braced.
- Keeping the knee bent, drive one heel up toward the ceiling.
- Squeeze the glute hard at the top without arching the low back.
- Lower under control and finish the side before swapping.
