Glute Press Machine
Muscles worked: Glutes (assisted by hamstrings).
How to do it
- Set up in the glute press machine with your torso on the pad.
- Place one foot on the platform with your knee bent.
- Drive through the heel and press the platform away.
- Extend the hip fully and squeeze the glute hard at the top.
- Return under control to a stretch, then finish the side before swapping.
