Iso-Lateral High Row
Muscles worked: Back (assisted by biceps, rear delts).
How to do it
- Set the seat low so the handles start above your shoulders.
- Take the handles with your arms extended overhead and your chest on the pad.
- Pull down and back with the elbows tracking wide.
- Finish with the elbows level with your ribs and the lats squeezed.
- Return to a full overhead stretch. Weight is per side.
