How to do it
- Set the seat so the handles start at upper-chest height.
- Sit back with your blades pinned and take a handle in each hand.
- Press up and slightly together to a full extension.
- Keep the shoulders down rather than shrugging into the press.
- Lower under control to the start. Weight is per side.
