Iso-Lateral Leg Extension

How to do it
- Set the seat so your knee joint lines up with the machine's pivot.
- Settle the pad on the front of your ankles and take the handles.
- Extend the legs to full lockout.
- Pause at full extension and squeeze the quads.
- Lower under control to the start. Weight is per side.
