How to do it
- Set the seat so the handles are at about waist height.
- Take the handles with your arms extended and your chest against the pad.
- Pull with the elbows tight to your ribs.
- Squeeze the mid-back hard at the end of the pull.
- Return slowly to a full stretch. Weight is per side.
