Iso-Lateral Pulldown

How to do it
- Set the seat and lock your thighs under the pad.
- Take the handles overhead with your arms fully extended.
- Start from a full stretch at the top - no leaning back to start the rep.
- Pull the elbows down toward the floor until the handles reach your shoulders.
- Return under control to the stretch. Weight is per side.
