Iso-Lateral Triceps Extension

How to do it
- Set the seat so your elbows rest pinned against the pad.
- Take the handles with your forearms bent up.
- Extend to a full lockout, moving only at the elbow.
- Squeeze the triceps at the bottom of the range.
- Resist the negative back to the start. Weight is per side.
