Kettlebell Clean & Press
Muscles worked: Front delts (assisted by side delts, glutes, triceps, traps).
How to do it
- Stand with a kettlebell between your feet and hinge to take the handle.
- Hike it back, then snap the hips to bring it up, guiding it around your wrist.
- Receive it in the rack with the bell on the back of your forearm.
- Press straight overhead from the rack with the ribs stacked down.
- Lower to the rack and back down. It is one chain - the legs feed the press.
