Kettlebell Front Rack Lunge

How to do it
- Clean two kettlebells to the front rack and stand tall.
- Take a long step forward with one leg.
- Lower until the back knee touches the floor lightly.
- Keep the torso upright with the bells racked on your shoulders.
- Drive through the front heel to stand, then alternate legs.
