Kettlebell Front Squat
Muscles worked: Quads (assisted by glutes, abs).
How to do it
- Clean two kettlebells to the front rack position.
- Keep the elbows tucked in and the bells resting on your forearms.
- Squat deep, keeping the chest tall against the front load.
- Drive up through mid-foot without letting the chest fold forward.
- Stand tall and reset the rack before the next rep.
