Kettlebell Halo
Muscles worked: Front delts (assisted by side delts, traps).
How to do it
- Hold a kettlebell upside down by the horns at chest height.
- Brace your midsection and keep your ribs down.
- Circle the bell around your head, keeping it close the whole way.
- Come back to the front and reverse the direction.
- Go slow and tight - this is shoulder prep and control, not a strength lift.
