Kettlebell Shoulder Press
Muscles worked: Front delts (assisted by triceps, side delts, traps).
How to do it
- Clean a kettlebell to the rack so it rests on the back of your forearm.
- Set your elbow in and stack your ribs over your hips.
- Press straight up, letting the bell rotate around the wrist.
- Lock out overhead with the biceps near your ear.
- Lower under control back to the rack.
