Landmine Row
Muscles worked: Back (assisted by biceps, traps, rear delts).
How to do it
- Wedge a barbell into a landmine and load the free end.
- Straddle the bar and hook a V-handle under the collar.
- Hinge forward with your chest up and your back flat.
- Row the handle to your sternum, elbows close to the body.
- Lower to a full stretch under control.
