Muscles worked: Front delts (assisted by side delts, triceps, traps).
How to do it
- Set the seat so the neutral (vertical) handles start at about ear height.
- Sit back into the pad and take a handle in each hand, palms facing in.
- Brace, then press straight up to lockout.
- Keep the shoulders down - do not let them ride up to your ears.
- Lower under control until the handles return to ear height.
