Incline Chest Press Machine

How to do it
- Set the seat so the handles start at upper-chest height.
- Sit back into the pad with your shoulder blades pinned.
- Take the handles and brace your feet flat on the floor.
- Drive up and slightly together to a full extension, without shrugging.
- Return under control until the handles are back at upper-chest height.
