How to do it
- Wedge a barbell into a landmine and stand side-on to the loaded end.
- Hinge over and take the very end of the bar in your outside hand, overhand.
- Brace against your knee or a support with the free hand.
- Pull the elbow high and back, letting it travel past your ribs.
- Lower to a full stretch, then finish the side before swapping.
