Cable Pull-Through
Muscles worked: Glutes (assisted by hamstrings).
How to do it
- Set a rope on a low pulley and face away from the machine.
- Straddle the cable so the rope runs between your legs, and step forward for tension.
- Hinge at the hips, letting the rope travel back between your legs.
- Keep your back flat and feel the hamstrings stretch.
- Snap the hips forward to stand tall and squeeze the glutes.
