Single-Leg Press

How to do it
- Sit into the leg press and place one foot centred on the platform.
- Rest the other foot on the frame or let it hang clear.
- Release the safeties and lower under control to your working depth.
- Drive back up through the whole foot, knee tracking over the toes.
- Do both legs and match the reps exactly - watch the weaker side.
