Smith Machine Incline Press
Muscles worked: Chest (assisted by front delts, triceps).
How to do it
- Set an adjustable bench to 30-45 degrees under the Smith bar.
- Lie back with the bar tracking over your upper chest, and unrack it.
- Pin your shoulder blades back against the bench.
- Lower to the upper chest under control, elbows around 45 degrees from the ribs.
- Press back to lockout without letting the blades come off the bench.
