TRX Chest Press
Muscles worked: Chest (assisted by triceps, front delts).
How to do it
- Set the straps to mid-length and face away from the anchor.
- Take a handle in each hand at chest height and lean into the straps.
- Hold a straight line from head to heels.
- Lower your chest between your hands under control.
- Press back to lockout. The steeper the lean, the harder the press.

Logging it
