TRX Face Pull
Muscles worked: Rear delts (assisted by traps).
How to do it
- Face the anchor and take a handle in each hand, palms facing in.
- Lean back with your arms extended and your body in a straight line.
- Pull the handles toward your temples, splitting your hands apart.
- Finish with the knuckles back and the shoulder blades squeezed.
- Lower under control to the start.

Logging it
