TRX Hamstring Curl
Muscles worked: Hamstrings (assisted by glutes).
How to do it
- Lie on your back and put your heels in the foot cradles.
- Lift your hips off the floor into a straight line from shoulders to heels.
- Hold the hips high for the whole set.
- Curl your heels in toward your glutes.
- Extend back out slowly without letting the hips drop.
Coaching cues

Logging it
