TRX Triceps Extension
Muscles worked: Triceps.
How to do it
- Face away from the anchor with a handle in each hand and lean forward.
- Start with your arms extended out in front of you.
- Bend at the elbows and lower your forehead between the handles.
- Keep the elbows high and pointing forward - do not let them drop.
- Extend back to lockout, driving through the triceps.
Coaching cues

Logging it
