How to do it
- Put your feet in the foot cradles and get into a push-up position.
- Set your hands under your shoulders and brace hard.
- Keep the legs straight and fold at the hips.
- Drive your hips up toward the ceiling until you are in a pike.
- Lower back to the plank under control without sagging.
